OVERVIEW

These rules for the Pursuit of Home Pre-Loved Shop are subject to change as we learn and grow, and adapt to our customers' changing needs.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries will be scheduled within one week of purchase. We are able to hold your item for up to 1 week after your purchase.

If we are to hold items for longer than one week after purchase, a storage fee of $25 per month will apply – storage space is at a premium, and we need to clear sold products
for new inventory. 

PURCHASES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of pre-loved clothing, items and furniture, expect that there may be some minor wear and tear on products sold through our shop. Wear will be consistent with the age of the items – we always put forth our best efforts to accurately describe each item's condition on the product page, and to mention any caveats or notable flaws that may affect your enjoyment of the piece.

Wherever possible, we will provide photo or video examples detailing notable wear, chips, scratches and so on. We take wear and tear into account and price accordingly.
